Swedish Inflation rate -0.1 percent - where deflation is defined

Sweden's inflation rate was -0.1 percent in June, up from -0.2 percent
in May, meaning the country's pricing system continues to remain
depressed.
The Swedish Consumer Price Index (CPI) decreased by an average of 0.2
percent from May 2013 to June 2013 (0.2 percent decrease from May 2012
to June 2012).
The CPI for June of 2013 was 313.99 (1980=100), according to statistic Sweden (SCB).
Price decreases for clothing (-4.6 percent) contributed downwards by
0.2 percentage points and lower prices for electricity (-1.6 percent)
contributed downwards by 0.1 percentage point to the change from May to
June.
The decrease was offset by higher prices for transport services (4.2
percent) and package holidays (9.8 percent) which contributed upwards
by 0.1 percentage point each to the change from May to June.
The inflation rate according to CPIF was 0.9 percent in June 2013. CPIF
decreased by 0.1 percent from May 2013 to June 2013 (-0.3 percent from
May 2012 to June 2012).
HICP decreased by 0.1 percent from May 2013 to June 2013 and increased by 0.5 percent since June of 2012.
