Norwegian managers love the Swedish workers working in Norway more...

Amidst complaints that the Swedes are migrating to Norway and taking
jobs from the Norwegians, it has now emerged that the Norwegian
managers love the Swedish workers.
Some 70,000 Swedes are reported to be working in Norway and their
bosses are delighted. This comes from media reports monitored from
Sweden.
According to the compliments heaped on the Swedes working in Norweay by
the their Norwegian managers, the Swedish workers have higher morale
than the Norwegians according to a survey by employment agency proffice
carried out in Norway.
The survey response in all cases 73 percent of the managers seem to
hold that view and also the complaint that Norwegian youth do not want
a job where they get dirty hands.
Ptoffice writes that 1,374 managers responded to the survey. Initially,
it was mostly people in the unskilled trades who tried their luck in
Norway, but now also the academics are now dashing there, according to
the private employment agency Sweden-norge.se, report Swedish media
sources.
The irony here is that in Sweden, these same workers or those closely
related to them, professionally for example are defined as unskilled,
lazy and or not up to the job but in Norway they are praised. Now the
Swedish media is all over the place happy that their people are the
best in another country when in Sweden they are not seen as skilled
enough to take a Swedish jobs. Just thinking aloud...
