Thursday, 06 December 2012

According to a new report by the Swedish Institute for Evaluation of Labour Market and Education Policy (IFAU) made on behalf of the government. The number job seekers registered with the state employment agency was the same before and after the job seeker had been with a job coach.

The Institute for Evaluation of Labour Market and Education Policy (IFAU) , has now taken a looked into the effects the government's focused job market coaching actually had and its results are not good.
Job Coaching which has been around since 2009 and a reform which has cost 3 billion has yielded if any, very small effect, according to Linus Liljeberg, one of the report authors.
