The Swedish government expands investment in research and development
Tuesday, 11 September 2012The Swedish government is investing Skr4 billion in research and innovation for the long term strengthening of Sweden's position as a leading research nation, the government writes in a press release.
This will include a particular focus on the so-called life sciences implemented.
In total, the investment will reach Skr11.5 billion the years 2013 - 2016 according to the press release. This means that funding for innovation and research will gradually increased to Skr4 billion, with full effect from 2016.
