The Social Democrats continues its march forward in opinion polls

The Swedish Social Democrats' success in the eyes of voters as the party to change the country in the future seem to be for real as poll shows its perception and support among voters continues to remain strong.

In a latest poll conducted by polling organisation, Sifo which testes voters’ voter interest in the various parties if election were today show the Social Democrats increasing by 3.1 percentage points to 36.8. Since January, the party has seen 12.2 percent increase in opinion.

The gap between government’s coalition and the opposition coalition is growing and is now 8.9 percentage points in favour of the opposition Red Green coalition.

The Social Democrats have picked voters from all quarters and have recalled back voters and supporters who deviated in the past when the party was having in fighting and a horrible leadership.
The Social Democrats achievement at the moment is above past election results but all the government parties stand below their past election.

Apart from the impressive performance of the Social Democrats, there were growths observed in the smaller parties also as the poll show compared to the past. The Green Party lost one percentage point but all of the other changes are minor.
