Swedish free school company, JB Group files for bankruptcy

After first announcing the closure of some schools due to lack of
sufficient student enrolment, Swedish free school company, JB Group is
filing for bankruptcy, signalling the death of one of Swedish biggest
education companies.
On its website, it writes that "JB Education has today reached
agreement with AcadeMedia for the sales activities in adult education
consisting of JB Learning and Skills Institute AB Sweden AB (KUI)."
In May, JB Education confirmed that it would close its elementary and
secondary school activities throughout the country. Four primary
schools and 19 secondary schools were sold to new players - four high
schools were closed.
