Arlanda airport in Stockholm falls in rankings as Asia dominate

Changi airport in Singapore is the world's best airport, according to an annual survey of airports in the world done by Skytrax.
This year's list is headed by Singapore's Changi Airport, which has taken over the top spot from South Korea's Incheon International Airport
Stockholms Arlanda (pictured) has fallen from 51st to 60th place, and is the only Swedish airport on the top 100 in the classification.
Best Nordic airport is Vantaa in Helsinki in 15th place, followed by Copenhagen on 17th place. Although Oslo Airport, is ranked 56th place, that rank stands better than higher than Arlanda.
Four of the top five airports in the world are in Asia. There Japan alone scored four airports in the top 20 namely Tokyo Haneda, Central Japan, Tokyo Narita, and Kansai whereas China scored three top ranked - Hong Kong International, Beijing Capital, and Shanghai Hongqiao.
Best European Airport of the ranking, which is now in its fourteenth year, Schiphol in Amsterdam, which climbed from fourth to third place. Germany scored more than one in the top 20namley Munich and Frankfurt.
Skytrax 2013 rankings are based on surveys with 12 million air travellers, who answered questions about everything from shopping to safety.
