Swedish finance minister, Anders Borg sees reduced pessimism in the Swedish economy

Wednesday, 15 February 2012
The holistic view of the economic situation is marked by continued uncertainty, but pessimism has decreased and there are signs of stabilization.

This is the view of the Swedish Finance Minister, Anders Borg, in a speech at Swedish Industry Day on Wednesday.

The scenarios that we are heading for an Abyss can be set aside, partly because the ECB has acted, euro area governments are to present the reform package and that the U.S. economy has improved.
"It brings broad a different picture than in October and November, "he said, but at the same time he reminded that the same thing was said about a year ago.
