Finnish airliner, Air Finland goes bankrupt

The airliner, Air Finland has all flights to remain on the ground, as the
10-year-old airline and package tour operator has ends all operations and filed for bankruptcy.
All Air Finland flights are cancelled as of Tuesday evening, reports the Finnish News Agency STT and Yle.
In a brief
statement on its website, the leisure airline expresses deep regret for
the harm caused to its customers by the sudden announcement.
According to STT, there are now around 1,000 Air Finland customers
abroad. The carrier flew to destinations in Spain, Portugal, Greece and
Turkey as well as Dubai.
