Angry Birds Company buys competitor

Finnish Rovio, the company behind the extremely popular video game Angry Birds, is reported to have bought game developer, Futuremark Games Studio, which I behind games such as Unstoppable Gorg and Shattered Horizon.

The announcement comes a week after the launch of the game Angry Birds Space, which during the first three days was downloaded over ten million times.

According to reports, Rovio has been valued at nearly $9 billion (nearly 60 billion).
