Swedish mobile phone companies come under intense scrutiny as customers loose confidence in them
Sunday, 09 September 2012The amount of complaints against Swedish mobile phone vendors by mobile subscriptions increased tremendously such that analyst feel that the Swedish mobile phone customers have lost confidence in their phone providers.
By
the middle of the year, the complaint organisation, ARN received an
equal number of complaints only for 6 months as for the whole of
2011, reports Swedish daily, Dagens Nyheter.A large proportion of the complaints concerned the difficulties in getting operators to quickly resolve complaints. Other complaints concerned the difficulty to change operators resulting in the issue of double bills.
As would be expected the leading operators are rejecting the criticism but given the cartel – nature of the Swedish mobile phone market, customers have very little room for manoeuvre and are compelled stock with the inflexible companies.
