Astra Zeneca's lawsuit in the USA get turned down

A U.S. court in the State of Colombia rejects Astra Zeneca's lawsuit against the FDA.
According to a press release, the lawsuit concerned the FDA's decision regarding the FDA's decision March 7, 2012 rejecting the prescribing information and exclusivity for the company's antipsychotic drug quetiapine, Seroquel and Seroquel XR.
