Thursday, 20 September 2012
While the French magazine, Closer is being barred from publishing further photos of the British Princess, Kate Middleton, the Swedish, and Danish Magazines have gained access to the pictures and will be publishing them.

The controversial surreptitiously captured images of a topless Catherine, British Prince Williams's wife, has been published by the Swedish Se & Hor (See & Hear) magazine. The case could end up with the public putting pressure on the Swedish Press Ombudsman (PO).

"If I receive complaints, I will review the case with an open mind," says Ola Sigvardsson (PO), to Swedish news agency TT.

Swedish magazine published the images of the Duchess of Cambridge on Wednesday. The images - which have previously been published in French, Italian and Irish newspapers - have brought marvellous excitement in Europe.
After The British Royals took legal action against the magazine, closer and the photographer, reports according to Reuters on Wednesday hold that the images were passed to on.

"We have made a new assessment as we have done with just any other job," said Carina Löfkvist, editor of See & Hear,

She stated that the pictures were bought last Friday. Furthermore, Löfkvist says that the pictures the publish on See & Hear include those of royalty and other celebrities.

Report hold that Danish tabloid, Se og Hør which is the sister magazine of the Swedish Se & Hor announced it was to publish the Kate Middleton breast pictures in a 16-page spread.

Se og Hør‘s editor-in-chief Kim Henningsen said he was “unbelievably proud” that Se og Hør has obtained the photos and will be the only Danish media to run the shots that have made headlines the world over.

Se Og Hor Editor Kim Henningsen said: "It's a set of unique photos from an A-class celebrity. We are a leading gossip magazine in Denmark, and it is my job to publish them," he said.
"If the British royal family want to sue us, then it will happen then and we'll deal with it."
