It would be recalled that the Anders Behring Breivik, who has been convicted of murdering 77 people in Oslo and on the island of Utya in July 2011, was sentenced to 21 years in prison.

He has now entered the University of Oslo something some feel that he is being given favours while the families of those he killed are still languishing in pain.
As Breivik starts his studies, he would not be allowed to leave the prison and would not have direct contact with university staff.
Anders Behring Breivik has recently been moved from a prison outside Oslo in a high security prison in Telemark where he got his own study environment.
