Wednesday, 03 July 2013

The pressure heaped on the non-white people in Sweden bulged into riots in the Stockholm suburbs and related neighbourhood last May and which shocked the world.

One reason for this was the view from outside Sweden that living in one of the best places to live on earth will not show the type of racial divide that epitomised the rioting.

Read more from BBC's Assignment: Sweden's angry suburbs is broadcast on the BBC World Service on Thursday 4 July 2013.
