The Swedish far rights party, Sweden Democrats is gaining ground blamed on the premier, Reinfeldt

Monday, 04 June 2012
Swedish far right party has remained strong in the Swedish political landscape to almost a whole parliament.

It was previously thought that the party will crash and burn in the parliament because now one will work with it. Yeah? Wrong. The party is growing from strength to strength.

Sweden Democrats has emerged the third largest party according to a test conducted by pooling organisation United Minds for the Swedish tabloid paper, Aftonbladet.

Sweden Democrats increase 2.3 percentage points to now stand at 8.7 percent and is thus just beyond the Green Party.
United Minds opinion boss, Carl Melin couples the rise of the far rights to the Imam-revelation in a recent Swedish television documentary and the Prime Minister's statement that "ethnic Swedes in my life time" have done better in the jobs market. High unemployment is found within the non native Swedes – we reported about this issue recently.

These issue which undercover reporters caught Imams of various Mosques in Sweden saying that women could be beaten up and forced to marry someone or do things they don’t agree with as well as the PM  Reinfeldt’s utterance which suggested that Swedes with immigrants background were unemployable has given the far right added momentum and even brought out the docile anti immigrant Swedes.
Also see the shift in the Swedish opinion poll here where the ruling coalition is taking a beating in the opinion polls.
