Swedish foreign office stopped the visit of North Koreas ambassador after nuclear test.

Tuesday, 12 February 2013
North Korea's new Ambassador to Sweden was today expected to pay a courtesy call at the Swedish foreign Ministry. But that did not happens because Carl Bildt, Swedish Foreign Minister, would not entertain a government, at a high level  that keep on violating international rules and creating wanton provocations.

The visit, which was planned earlier, is reported to be downgraded and instead, he is likely to be called up on the lower level according to Bildt.
"Sweden strongly condemns North Korea's nuclear test," said Bildt and continued, "It is a very provocative act in a very delicate situation."

According to Bildt, there is growing instability in the region at this moment. This likely relates to the Chinese impasse with Japan over islands and now North Korea's persistent provocative weapons tests. The two friendly communist nations - China and North Korea also have two new leaders - it will be interesting to see how the new Chinese leader deals with the baby- North Korea leader, Kim Jung Un.

"China's attitude is now especially important, said Bildt, who thinks that it is really just the Chinese that may affect the regime in Pyongyang.
China had asked North Korea not to conduct the test. As the North Korea when along with it, anyway, it therefore constitutes a "significant strain" in the countries' relationship, according Bildt.
