Swedish Foreign Minister, Carl Bildt told Swedish television "it's not acceptable to do things this way." He believes that Swedish diplomats might have been surreptitiously recorded both in picture and their audio conversation.

Kremlin-controlled media have long claimed that the protest movement against President Vladimir Putin is controlled - and primarily funded from abroad. Sweden, a strong critic of human right abuses in Russia is a good candidate to suspect is funding the opposition.
