Finland economy could hit recession next year if the current constriction remains
Monday, 06 August 2012
Finnish Finance Minister Jutta Urpilainen warn that the country could
fall into a recession next year if the economic downturn in the world
remains.
She believes that the Finnish economy will be growing at between 0 -1
percent next year. This is lower than forecast in June, when the gross
domestic product was predicted to increase by 1.2 percent.
This comes after the economy returned to growth after a period of recession during the second quarter of 2010.
