Far right party, Sweden Democrats continues to perform well in the polls and support for the party is increasing.
A recent opinion poll conducted by polling organisation Demoskop for the tabloid newspaper, Expressen the Sweden Democrats maintain its place as the third largest party in the country with a share of 9.0 per cent of the vote, an increase of 1.9 percentage points since September.
"They are trying to isolate Sweden from the outside world. That not possible. It harms Sweden," said Foreign Minister, Carl Bildt to the paper, Expressen.
Both the Alliance and the Red-Green coalitions lost some points in the survey by 1.6 and 0.5 percentage points.
The Christian Democrats increased by 0.8 percentages but still fell short of the parliamentary barrier and they now stands at 3.7 percent.
