Why is scania's shares falling on the stock market?
Monday, 22 July 2013
Truck giant Scania on Monday got lowered recommendations of several
major research houses thus putting more pressure on the company's
stocks.
At noon on Monday Scania shares had fallen and was down nearly 6
percent even though the company has not provided any new information.
The reason for the price drop is a harvest of lower stock recommendations from influential analysts.
The Swiss banking giant UBS downgraded its review of Scania from neutral to sell on Monday.
Even Norwegian DNB and American JP Morgan announced that they have a
more negative view of the truck company after the quarterly report last
week.
Therefore, continuing the declines that began after Friday's report.
just continues as Scania fell then by 4.3 percent after the bus and
truck maker reported a much lower profit than expected.
