Scandinavian countries lead Europe with the most expensive food

Scandinavian is know for some of the most expensive places to live but it has been argue that food price here have been some what stable. But recently it has not been the same as Norway, Denmark and Sweden have emerged as the most expensive countries in terns of gastronomy.
Sweden for example is the third most expensive gastronomic nation in Europe, with food prices over 20 percent above the EU average. Only Norway and Denmark have more expensive food than Sweden.
On the flip side, the cheapest food is sold in Bulgaria, as shown by data from Eurostat which Statistics Sweden has developed.
The Swedish prices of fruit, vegetables, and potatoes are the second highest in Europe, after Norway. In contrast, the Swedish prices of fish, milk, cheese and eggs are slightly lower than the average in the EU countries.
