One third of all Bus and tram drivers in Sweden born outside the Nordic countries

Bakers and confectioners were the occupations with the highest
percentage of persons born outside the EU27 and the Nordic countries in
2010 at 41 percent. Meanwhile, one in three bus and tram drivers was
born outside the Nordic countries.
13 percent of employees on the Swedish labour market aged 16-64 were
foreign born. The percentage of foreign born in the population was 18
percent.
Among the 15 most common occupations for employees born outside of the
EU27 and the Nordic countries were Home-based personal care and related
workers etc. followed by Helpers, cleaners in offices, hotels etc.and
Assistant nurses, hospital ward assistants etc. Of all employees who
were born outside the EU27 and the Nordic countries, roughly one in
five worked in these three occupations.
The occupational group Bus and tram drivers was the ninth most common
occupation group for employees born outside the EU27 and the Nordic
countries. Roughly one in three employees in this group was born
outside the Nordic countries.
