Länsförsäkringar bank puts its mortgage rates up likely the start for others to follow

On August 26, mortgage lender, Länsförsäkringar will raise its interest rates for mortgages for the loaning period range of 2 and 7 years.
According to a press release, the bank writes that the two-year interest rate is pulled up 7 basis points to 3.07 percent and three-year interest rate by 10 basis points to 3.18 percent.
Four-year rate increased ten basis points to 3.54 percent, while the five-year rate is adjusted up 10 basis points to 3.61 percent. Seven years increased by 7 basis points to 4.02 percent.
Lending rates for home loans for homes, vacation homes, and condominiums are left on the same level.

There are indications that the other lenders could follow the
crusade - afterall with the booming Swedish house market, this is a
major sources of revenue for the lenders.
