Danish restaurant leads best restaurant in a recent classification

Monday, 30 April 2012
Copenhagen based restaurant, Noma, has been classed the best place to eat in the world - for the third consecutive year.
According to British based Restaurant magazine, The World's 50 Best Restaurants list is an annual snapshot of the opinions and experiences of over 800 international restaurant industry experts. What constitutes "best" is left to the judgment of these trusted and well-travelled gourmets, the magazine writes.
So what is best has come to Copenhagen in the name of Noma. After that two restaurants in Spain - El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, and Mugaritz in San Sebastian were also awarded the top marks in that order.

The best Swedish restaurant is Frantzén / Lindeberg in Stockholm, which is new on the list.
Frantzén / Lindeberg is ranked twentieth in the world. See details here
