Due to the increasing hot weather in Sweden, many train driver for
Arriva found it hard to wear shorts to work because it was banned as an
alternative form of uniform.
But that's okay because skirts could be allowed. Therefore, male
train drivers opted for skirts and since the discrimination policy
means that it could not be rejected by the company bosses, it was
allowed and has now gained international news headlines.
