The Swedish government takes over Saab spare

The Swedish Public Debt Office has exercised its power and will take over part of Saab Automobile’s bankruptcy estate. The plan is to take over ownership of spare parts company, which has been a better performing part of Saab Automobile known as Saab Automobile Parts.
The change of ownership is expected to occur in late summer, according to a press release from the Swedish Debt Office.
