The Chinese finally prise a bit of Saab automobile

A Chinese state own automobile company, Dongfeng Motor Corp has been reportedly bought part of the old Saab Automobile branch, Saab Powertrain to make it wholely owned by Volvo car corp.,.

The Dongfeng Motor Corp., which is owned by the Chinese state-owned, bought 70 percent of T Engineering Ltd, report Swedish media sources quoting Automobile News China as the initial reporter. The remaining 30 percent must be purchased within two years.

T Engineering is based in Trollhättan with 32 engineers. Dongfeng is China's leading manufacturers of trucks, but is reported that some years ago it also build cars.
