TeliaSonera planning to make a full bid for Lithuanian companies

TeliaSonera has increased its stake in the Lithuanian operator Teo LT and will make a bid for remaining shares, according to a press release.

Seller is East Capital which has sold 7.87 percent stake in Teo LT to TeliaSonera for about Skr347.5 million. Thus, Telia Sonera's ownership increased from 68.29 to 76.16 percent.
The offer for remaining shares will be "as soon as all necessary approvals are obtained," according to TeliaSonera.
