The amount of complaints against Swedish mobile phone vendors by mobile
subscriptions increased tremendously such that analyst feel that the
Swedish mobile phone customers have lost confidence in their phone
the middle of the year, the complaint organisation, ARN received an
equal number of complaints only for 6 months as for the whole of
2011, reports Swedish daily, Dagens Nyheter.
A large proportion of the complaints concerned the difficulties in
getting operators to quickly resolve complaints. Other complaints

but given the cartel - nature of the Swedish mobile phone market,
customers have very little room for manoeuvre and are compelled stock
with the inflexible companies.
