Swedish Automobile retains Spyker
Monday, 05 March 2012
Dutch company
which owned Saab automobile which has just gone bankrupts, Swedish
Automobile (Swan) in reported to retains Spyker cars as a wholly owned
subsidiary.
This comes
after it was earlier announced that there were plans to sell the Spyker
so as to focus all financial power on Saab Automobile. That did not
work as Saab became obsolete after the car manufacturer went into
bankruptcy.
Now Spyker
sports car business has regained all the attention it deserves and the
business seems to resume as it is also proposed that the name Swedish
Automobile will be changed back to Spyker NV, according to press
release from Swan.
