Most hated Companies in Sweden

Reputation is a key to the success of a brand. For this reason,
organisation and many companies in the past years have been working
very hard or made to feel that they have been working hard to improve
their reputation. Nevertheless, the question is emerging as have they
really been doing what they say the do?
Ikea comes as one of the most hated companies in Sweden / scancomark.com
Customer services, quality of services and products, cost of services
or products and company social responsibilities are some the
characteristics that well reputable companies and brands would reflect
on its customers or those who use its services or goods.
In a recent review of companies in Sweden with respect their market
likability or reputation, Ikea which had been the darling of Sweden is
no longer in the top in terms of public trust, according to a new
Reputation Barometer. On top of the likability list stands DIY firm
Clas Ohlson, followed by Google and food retailer, Ica.
In a survey with involved some 15,000 Swedes, most hated companies in Sweden are
Ryanair, rail company, SJ and Norwegian telecoms firm, Telenor.
