Gloomy forecast for Swedish service

Growth in the Swedish services sector is expected to weaken in the first quarter compared with the corresponding period in 2011, and production of services is expected to drop compared to last quarter.

This is suggested that the Swedish economy is now in a recession, according to Lena Hagman, chief economist at the trade and employers' organization Almega underlying the forecast.
She also predicted that unemployment in Sweden will begin rising again, according to a press release.
